Radio projects
• Muzak Radio: a one day radio station dedicated to the workings and history of muzak for artspace Nieuwe Vide as part of the exhibition The Hills Are Alive With The Sound Of Muzak.
• Curator Open Source Radio Incubate 2012 & 2013. Incubate festival is an annual celebration of cutting-edge culture. Since its inception, Incubate hosts a temporary radio station that celebrates independent broadcasters. My function: curator of radio programming and project coordination.
• Initiator Radio MOBi 2012 – 2013. Radio MOBi was an experimental radio station that celebrated and questioned all things that have to do with sound. It broadcasted a monthly 90 minute podcast that explored the interplay of sound, narrative and its possibilities as a transmittal medium. The short programs on the podcast varied from radio drama and discussion to sound experiments, interspersed with musical compositions. Radio MOBi’s main focus was creating an accessible platform to show a variety of sound experimentation.
